Decks

New decks, repairs, and replacement of boards, framing, or stairs that are no longer sound. The quote comes after a look at the site, so it covers the deck that is actually there.

Patios

Covered patios and outdoor areas, attached to the house or standing beside it. Posts, roof framing, and roofing are written into the quote before anything is built.

Renovations

Renovations to existing houses: updating a room, replacing worn linings and joinery, and altering a layout where the building allows it. The scope is agreed in the quote before work starts.

Bathroom renovations

Bathroom renovations, from replacing fittings through to stripping the room and refitting it. The work can include waterproofing, tiling, a vanity, a shower, and a toilet, sequenced so the bathroom can be used again.

Maintenance

Home maintenance between larger jobs: doors that bind, damaged trim, minor timber repairs, leaking fixtures, and other small repairs that keep a house in working order.

Carpentry services

Carpentry on houses: framing, fit-out, repairs, and other timber work. The scope is agreed in the quote before the work starts.

Build to order portable accommodation

Portable accommodation built off site to the client's order. The sleeping, kitchen, and bathroom layout is agreed before it is built.

How a job works

A straightforward sequence from the first call through to the finished work.

  1. Step 1

    Enquire

    Call 0468 454 241 or send the quote form with your name, the suburb, the type of work, and a short description of the job.

  2. Step 2

    Site visit and quote

    We visit the property, look at the job, and send a written quote for the scope we discussed on site.

  3. Step 3

    Schedule

    Once you accept the quote, we agree a start date around the work and when the site can be accessed.

  4. Step 4

    Build

    The work is carried out on site, except portable accommodation, which is built off site. If something found during the job changes the scope, we stop and talk it through before any extra work goes ahead.

  5. Step 5

    Walkthrough

    When the work is finished we walk through it with you and note anything that still needs to be completed.
